Returns & Shipping
We accept returns requested within 5 days of product delivery for a full refund less the actual shipping charges.
You are responsible to pay for the return shipping costs. In addition, if you received free shipping, the full shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount upon return.
Please email email@example.com with your order # and return request to receive an RA#. Make sure to write the RA# on the outside AND inside of package. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable. No items will be accepted for return without an RA#.
Returned items must be in the original condition, with tags attached, and sent via a trackable method. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Returns sent back to us within 14 days of the ship date are eligible for a full refund. If you received a gift from our store, you may exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit. Unique Boutique does not do price adjustments. Returns of $500 or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected and approved your refund will be processed. Please note that it can take up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to be reflected in your account.
Sale items that are 20% off or more, and items that were special ordered for you, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses this policy.
Returned items that do not meet the return policy guidelines will be returned to you.
Domestic shipping is free for orders over $100.
Flat rate domestic shipping for orders under $100 is $9.99.
At this time we do not ship International.
